Shipping

**HK customers:

• Only Hong Kong customers are eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping cost will be charged for orders outside Hong Kong.

• Order placed Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) before 12:00pm, will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

• Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12:00pm, or on weekends and holiday will arrive within 2 business days.

• Free shipping only applies to regular price items, shipping cost will be charged for the sales items.

Return:

To be eligible for refund and/or exchange of merchandise, you must contact SIN2 with information regarding the items you wish to return within 7 days of receipt of your on-line purchase, by email or by call.

We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have any original tags or packaging. After 7 days, all sales are FINAL.

Please note that we are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
